Dog-Friendly Rooms

The Wroxton Hotel is happy to accommodate your fully trained, non-aggressive, and well-behaved dog(s) (maximum two per room, pre-booking required), at the management’s discretion. Subject to following conditions:

  • A Pet Policy Letter/Disclaimer will be presented at the time of check-in.
  • Our charges are £30 per dog per night.
  • Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date and must be available upon request.
  • All dogs must be completely flea and tick-free, clean, well-groomed, and up to date on vaccinations and deworming.
  • We do not provide and we encourage our guests to provide their pet’s own bedding.
  • Under no circumstances must dogs be left in the room/hotel unattended
  • Any damage caused at the property due to your dogs visiting the hotel must be brought to the management’s attention immediately and all costs to repair this damage are the responsibility of the owner.
  • Owner/guest agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by the dog(s), in the interest of other guests of the Hotel
  • Dog(s) are strictly forbidden on any of the bedroom furniture or in the bath/shower.
  • Bedroom linen and towels must not be used on the dog(s) at any time.
  • Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room if staying for multiple nights.
  • Dog(s) must wear an identification collar and be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the hotel reception, corridors, gardens, and the bar.
  • Guests must walk their dog(s) in designated areas and are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s) in both the hotel and the surrounding area at all times.
  • Dog(s) are permitted in the bar area, the conservatory and Vin X only (except for guide dogs/service animals)
  • To keep all our guests happy, including those not traveling with four-legged friends, some restrictions apply. Ask the hotel about our pet policies, guidelines and applicable fees (additional charges may occur in case of any additional cleaning bills or repairs, even if they are discovered following guests departure from the Hotel).
